9. Service interruption

(2) GOMI shall compensate for damages incurred by the member due to service interruption due to the reasons in item 1 above. However, if the company proves that the interruption was not intentional or negligent, the company shall not compensate.

10. Membership registration, etc.

11. Account deletion and loss of membership, etc.
(1) A member may request to delete his/her membership account with GOMI at any time, and GOMI will process the deletion of membership immediately upon receipt of the request. 13. Change of member information
