8. Provision and change of services

9. Service interruption

(2) GOMI shall compensate for damages incurred by the member due to service interruption due to the reasons in item 1 above. However, if the company proves that the interruption was not intentional or negligent, the company shall not compensate.

10. Membership registration, etc.

11. Account deletion and loss of membership, etc.
(1) A member may request to delete his/her membership account with GOMI at any time, and GOMI will process the deletion of membership immediately upon receipt of the request. (2) In the event that a member has ongoing transactions with GOMI, account deletion will be restricted.

13. Change of member information
(1) If the information entered at the time of membership registration is incorrect or changes, the member must immediately correct the problem through the 'Manage My Information' page.
