Delivery & Returns Policy

GOMI MALL UAE - also known as GOMI UAE has a home delivery service across Korea, applicable to customers who order products via the website, GOMIMALL UAE fanpage and contact by phone.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer through an intermediary shipping company.

Order verification and processing time
The average order verification time is from 3 to 5 hours from the time of order placement.

Order processing and packaging time is 2-7 days, calculated from the time of order verification with the customer, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. After 2-7 days, your order will be delivered to a third-party carrier and the delivery time will be calculated from that time.

Delivery cost
- Orders under 3kg: 15,000KRW
- Orders from 3kg to under 6kg: 25,000KRW
- Orders from 6kg to under 10kg: 35,000KRW
**Note: Each package must be under 10kg (including box, stuffing, shockproof cushion) and the maximum size is 50x50x50cm. In case your order needs to be split, we will contact you to notify the appropriate shipping fee.

Note
- Delivery time is only calculated based on working days of the week, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, Tet and may be delayed if there are force majeure events such as weather, lost orders due to the carrier.

Delivery process
- Your order will be delivered within a maximum of 4 weeks.
- To check your order information or status, please see the Order Check section or call the hotline, provide your name, address, and phone number for checking.

- Upon receipt of the goods, please sign the confirmation with the delivery staff and check whether the quantity and type of goods delivered are correct. Please keep the shipping receipt and purchase invoice for verification.

A. EXCHANGE POLICY
Cases eligible for exchange

- Errors due to transportation or packaging

GOMI UAE encourages customers to check the external condition of the product before payment to ensure that the goods are delivered in the correct type, quantity, color as ordered and the external condition is not affected (broken or scratched, ...)

In case the customer discovers that the goods are broken, the wrong product or missing goods when checking the goods, the customer should refuse to receive the goods and immediately notify the Customer Care department (via WhatsApp: +) within 48 hours for support with the next steps.

GOMI UAE will not agree to exchange the product in any case if the customer has checked and signed for the goods but there is no response within 48 hours from the time of signing for the goods.

- Manufacturer's error:

In case the customer discovers a manufacturing defect, please provide information to the Customer Care department (via WhatsApp: +) within 07 days from the date the customer signs the goods receipt to receive support from GOMI UAE for the exchange.

GOMI UAE will not agree to exchange the product if the product has been used many times, there is no video/clips recording the unpacking process and the customer has no feedback within 07 days from the date the customer signs the goods receipt.

- Exchange is NOT applicable in the following cases: Customers exchange products for personal reasons, products purchased in discount programs, products using promotions or other forms of vouchers.

Notes when exchanging products
Exchanged products that do not meet the Exchange Conditions will be automatically returned to the registered address according to the customer's order information.

When returning a product to GOMI UAE, customers need to ensure the following factors:
- It is required to have a video/clips recording the unpacking process (from the time the seal/shipping label is still intact outside the box).
- The returned product must include a full purchase invoice, VAT invoice (if any).
- The product has all accessories (including user manual, product box, ...) and gifts (if any).
- The product has not been used, with intact labels.
- The product is still within the valid period for the exchange.

The time for GOMI UAE to carry out the exchange process will be longer if the following cases occur:
- Missing accessories (except in cases where the customer returns the product due to missing accessories).
- Missing sales invoice or VAT invoice.
- The product is broken (due to careless packaging) during the shipping process to GOMI UAE.
- Product defects arise that GOMI UAE was not notified of in advance via phone or email.

In case of exchange due to broken products or missing items, GOMI UAE will only support exchange if the customer notifies GOMI UAE of the product status within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

B. RETURN POLICY

GOMI UAE website does not currently apply a return policy.
